We're thrilled to announce the launch of our new website! To ensure a smooth onboarding process for your business, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions that you might find useful.

Can I use my old website credentials to log in?

If you placed an online order within the last 12 months, your company information has been transferred to our new platform. You will receive a login link at the email address on file once the new site is live, along with instructions on how to access your online account.

If you do not receive a login link by January 31, 2025, please contact us, and we will ensure your account details are transferred to the new platform.

I received a login code but still can't view pricing or place an order.

To view pricing and make a purchase, your email must be linked to your company account. Only a member of the trends team can create and verify company accounts. If you need to add an email to your company's account, please contact us for assistance.

Is it possible to view my purchase history, invoices, and payment details from the previous website?

Once the new website is launched, previous online orders, invoices, and payments will no longer be accessible. To retrieve any account history, please contact accounting@trendsinc.com.
